Behind the Yellow Door  is a Florida home bakery where guava croissants, sourdough loaves, and slow baking magic come to life. Yellow Door Bakery also offers 1 on 1 sourdough classes for home bakers ready to dive in.

 

 

Needle Juice Fungi is run by Alex and Deborah. With a strong understanding of mycology and the importance of locally provided health food sources, this duo has been a supporter of our food waste diversion efforts since the beginning. By providing spent substrate blocks our

 compost has a strong level of edible fungi supporting the needs of the microorganisms within it. 




Dixie Crossroads has been serving great tasting wild ocean-caught seafood, char-grilled steaks, chicken, fresh salads and their famous corn fritters since 1983. The menu features the very best local shrimp and fish from Port Canaveral, Florida and ranges from low cost sandwiches and baskets to high end seafood combos. They are already proud affiliates of local conservation programs such as Restore Our Shores and the Shuck & Share Program
