Datil Mountain Mustard

The classic taste of southern frontier country with a little added twang of heat that casually two-steps itself ever so kindly into the pits of your smoker, onto the dinner table, and into your taste buds. It's the kinda sauce that leaves you hoping it calls you back. Now it's done went out and got shacked up with some hotcake from St. Augustine. Calls herself, Datil. 

Micro-Batch/Seasonal sauce made with ingredients we grow locally and poured into bottles we painted ourselves!

Ingredients: yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onions, garlic, datil pepper mash, spices, salt, organic xanthan gum

Usage Recommendations:

We like to toss it on our bacon-wrapped jalapenos, or shotgun shells towards the end of a  session on the smoker, but you can just as easily go on and plop it on a sandwich or on a sausage focused breakfast of your choosin' and be happier than a hog in mud on a hot summer day.
