Florida Heat

This delicious concoction is deceivingly sweet, with a beautiful bouquet of peppers ranging in heat, chosen specifically for their fruity notes and synergy in heat areas around the palate. The smoked garlic pairs well with the levels of local citrus flavor in this sauce.

Our Micro-Batch/Seasonal sauce is made with ingredients we grow personally(or source locally, depending on flavor) with compost collected from contributing restaurants and residents in the area.  Sustainability poured into recycled bottles we paint individually. That's our promise.

Yellow Scotch Bonnet, Peach Reaper, habanero, sweet pepper, bell pepper.

 Usage Recommendations:

For feeling your hair grow and burn away at the same time...but seriously, chicken and fish are wonderfully paired with this one, if all else fails, wing it.
